Identified critical overfilling on a new equine and canine gel line — product loss valued near AUD 85,000 — then drove recalibration and fill-volume tuning to stop it.
Analysed the viscosity–temperature relationship and introduced controlled pre-heating: 1,200 kg dispensed in 40 minutes, down from over 2.5 hours.
Commissioned and validated a new gel production line, launching two weeks ahead of schedule with GMP compliance and on-time client delivery intact.

Process Operator / Process Engineer
Optimise batch processes, fluid transfer and mixing operations across liquid, softgel, capsule, tablet, cream, gel and packaging lines. Run process risk assessments, lift OEE by cutting downtime, troubleshoot pumps, heat exchangers, emulsifiers, homogenisers, encapsulation machinery and SCADA, and close deviations through CAPA.
Production Engineer — Margarine Production
Enforced OSHA standards and ran regular safety training across all production stages. Forecast inventory with cross-functional teams, balanced skilled and unskilled labour against targets, and integrated TPM principles to reduce downtime and raise OEE under GMP.
Shift Engineer
Supervised and led normal shift operations, holding the plant to management's rate within quality and quantity limits. Completed daily batches in BAAN/SAP, followed preventive maintenance schedules, and worked on plant efficiency, downtime reduction, yield and loss control.
Management Trainee Officer
Assisted the HOD with day-to-day production planning in the dyeing department, and created and maintained batch records for all production data.
